A payday financing opponent claims organizers are gathering unlawful signatures in a petition drive to place an industry-friendly voter effort regarding the 2016 ballot.
Steve Hildebrand, sponsor of an opposing petition that will limit payday financing in their state, accused Southern Dakotans for Fair Lending of utilizing non-residents to move petitions, which may be considered a breach of state legislation.
